Lexi Sheets

Lexi Sheets was first introduced to yoga in 1998. She moved from Lexington to Northern Kentucky in 2006 and continued her yoga practice at Fusion Studio. In 2007, she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training through Cincinnati Yoga School. As an instructor she is happy to share yoga with others and pass on its wonderful benefits. Through concentration on breath, movement and deep relaxation she helps students reconnect with themselves, live more fully in the present moment and work to reduce the impacts of stress in their lives. She encourages students to take what they learn in their asana practice and apply to all areas of their lives.
