Strength and Spinning Instructor
I focus on providing various ways of toning and tightening the major muscle groups. I like to encourage participation through positive interaction and feedback while taking into account students' goals and suggestions during each class.

My classes are a combination of weight training and core strengthening, which incorporates mat Pilates moves.

I love teaching at the Fusion Studio and believe it offers something that no other facility in the area does – a sense of community, comeraderie and friendship with people that truly care about each other and support each other in their fitness goals.
