Focuses on strengthening the core and creating long, lean body lines | Class participation is primarily delivered on the floor with small pilates equipment and a mat
Training Camp:

Non-stop, high intensity, high calorie burn workout that incorporates hard core strength exercises, body resisted exercises and cardiovascular intervals (Advanced level)
Fusion Cycling Network Ride:

A "network" of people dedicated to improving their cycling through effective coaching both on the road and in the gym
